Depending on the experience, our setups typically require approximately 6 × 6 to 12 × 12 feet. But we plan for more than the equipment itself. Guests need comfortable room to approach, gather with friends, participate and move back into the event without interfering with entrances, bars, catering paths, tables or the dance floor. We confirm the requirements for the experience you select and can coordinate with your planner or venue when needed.

Does slow or unreliable venue Wi-Fi affect a photo booth?

Some features require an internet connection, particularly AI processing and digital delivery, so connectivity is something we plan before the event. Ooh La La Booths typically provides connectivity for experiences that require it unless the venue has restrictions or specific network requirements. For our AI Photo Booth, guests complete their booth interaction and receive access to their QR delivery while the finished image is generated in the cloud. AI images typically arrive approximately 45–90 seconds after capture, depending on connectivity and processing. We plan for connectivity ahead of time rather than discovering a problem once your guests arrive.

Depending on the experience, that can include photo layouts, branded overlays, AI concepts, digital environments and other visual elements your guests interact with or receive. Our creative goes through a graphic-design process and is reviewed with you before the event so it can be refined and approved. We don't choose your finished event design from a template store, and we don't reuse another client's finished design.
